Organizational Change and Transformation
Monitor works with managers and leaders to anticipate and understand the changes required to transform their organization of today into a viable and successful organization for tomorrow. Strategy and Planning
Strategic analysis and planning achieves improved management, drives organization change, improves communication, resolves misunderstanding, and yields business improvement. Monitor works with our clients to develop viable strategic, tactical, and contingency plan that fit the business environment, make sense, and can be implemented to create a successful organization. Conflict Management
Monitor's Collaborative Decision Making (CDM) techniques move groups from "talk" to dialogue, reduce conflict, and provide management with knowledge gleaned from various perspectives. Beginning with a core group, goals, roles and responsibilities, and expectations are aligned and process for future conflict management are defined so that today's differences can be reconciled before they become tomorrow's conflicts.

Alternative Dispute Resolution
