Monitor’s team of experts have over 300 years combined
real world, hands on experience in all areas of national
security. Our experts have served as State
Emergency Directors, Fire and Police Chiefs, Executive
Managers, Scientists, Medical and Public Health Personnel,
Program and Project Managers, and Educators. Our

a retired senior emergency operations commander.
We specialize in threat assessment, site vulnerability, risk management,
information analysis, public health, emergency preparedness, training,
and exercise development. We have extensive knowledge and experience
with military and Special Operations (Special Ops) missions, methods,
and site survey techniques. Our personnel have conducted site surveys,
threat assessments, vulnerability assessments, health surveillance, Bio-Terrorism
evaluation, modeling and simulation evaluation, consequence management,
contingency planning, and response planning.
Monitor’s team members have responded to every domestic and international
terrorist event since the mid-1980’s. They were “on-the-ground” at
Oklahoma City, the Pentagon, and the World Trade Center. Team members
have responded directly to many “Presidentially-Declared Disasters” including
hurricanes Andrew, Rita, and Katrina.
