  • Guided DOE Environmental Management organizations through a reorganization/downsizing initiative. Led stress reduction workshops to assist management and staff going through the Chaos of Change.
  • Facilitated a Stakeholder Task Force for the District of Columbia Control Board and Corporation Council to 1) streamline and re-write existing underground storage tank regulations that were in conflict with EPA regulations; 2) integrate a Risk-based Corrective Action component; and 3) address responsible party actions with regard to future liability in situations of voluntary cleanup.
  • Conducted a benchmarking study and gap analysis for the Air Force Academy in Colorado of 150-200 Native American and Prehistoric Sites located on Academy grounds assessing potential for undocumented sacred sites or other traditional cultural properties and recommending next steps in the consultative process with the affected tribes.
  • Conducted stakeholder involvement and communication training at military installations in Florida, New York, and Alaska for the Department of Defense under its policy that governs relationships between DOD and American Indians/Alaska Natives.
  • Conducted a benchmarking and gap analysis of the Eureka Township mine-scarred lands project in Silverton, Colorado; exploring whether this site in relation to other proposed sites would be appropriate as a mine-scarred lands pilot project related to Superfund remediation and land re-use issues and where Alternate Dispute Resolution processes would be appropriate.
  • Developed planning, training, and exercises for 34 Florida county Health Department SNS plans including education and execution of a tabletop exercise for each staff and local partners.
  • Conducted a seminar on Medical Management of Casualties of Terrorism with WMD at 2nd International Congress in Emergency and Disaster Medicine in Mexico, 2004.
